This Credentials-on-File Agreement ("Agreement") is executed between Appvillis UAB, company registration number 304930580, Labdarių g. 6A–18, Vilnius LT-01120, Republic of Lithuania, (hereinafter referred to as "Appvillis UAB" or "Company"), and You (hereinafter referred to as the "Cardholder," "User," or "Customer"), collectively referred to as the "Parties." This Agreement governs the secure storage and use of your payment card information (hereinafter referred to as Credentials on File ("COF") or Card Details) and the authorization of their use to initiate transactions on your behalf. By ticking the designated checkbox and/or clicking the ["Accept"] button, you express full consent to this Agreement and authorize Appvillis UAB and its payment service providers to store your card credentials (including PAN, expiration date, and name) and use them for Merchant-Initiated COF Transactions or Cardholder-Initiated COF Transactions, as explained below. By entering into this Agreement, you also consent to the storage, processing, and use of your Card Details in compliance with applicable laws and industry standards. For further context, please review the following policies that govern this Agreement and your use of the eSIM Plus platform: Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy.
By providing your payment card details during onboarding, checkout, subscription setup, or during your use of eSIM Plus, you explicitly authorize Appvillis UAB and its payment processing providers: To securely store your payment card credentials including: • Your cardholder name and surname; • Your PAN (Primary Account Number) in truncated or tokenized form; • Your card's expiration date; • Any additional card details required for processing under PCI DSS regulations. To use your Credentials for Merchant-Initiated COF Transactions and Cardholder-Initiated COF Transactions, as outlined in Section 2.
This Agreement applies exclusively to recurring subscriptions (e.g., monthly or annual payment plans) offered through the eSIM Plus platform.
By agreeing to this document, you authorize Appvillis UAB: • To initiate Merchant-Initiated COF Transactions, specifically recurring subscription charges, based on the billing intervals and amounts associated with the service plan selected by you, using your payment card or a card-linked wallet; • To include any applicable taxes, fees, or surcharges with prior notification to you.
The following triggers and details apply to transactions: • Fixed Date or Interval Transactions: Payments will recur at fixed intervals (e.g., monthly or annually) for subscription-based services. • Transaction confirmations will include: • The last four digits of the payment card used; • Transaction amount (including taxes, if any); • Surcharges (if applicable); • Transaction currency; • Transaction date and authorization code; • Appvillis UAB's company location.
Appvillis UAB ensures all stored Card Credentials comply with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS). Data encryption and secure storage protocols are implemented to prevent unauthorized access, tampering, or exposure of your information.
Payment card details may be securely transferred to PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment service providers. These partners process data strictly with Appvillis UAB's instructions and do not use your details for any purpose beyond fulfilling Appvillis UAB's obligations under this Agreement.
Your Card Details will never be shared with unauthorized third parties and will only be used as described in this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and applicable national and international laws.
By providing your consent through electronic means (checkboxes, buttons, or other methods), you acknowledge: • That your Card on File will be used in compliance with applicable laws and safety measures; • That transactions will always follow the parameters outlined in Section 2, including proper notification; • That this Agreement governs your transactions until such time it is terminated by you or Appvillis UAB.
Appvillis UAB will notify you in advance of changes to pricing, billing intervals, or material subscription terms. Notifications will be sent through your registered email address and/or through in-app notifications to ensure you are aware of any changes.
This Agreement enters into effect only: Once Appvillis UAB receives the express digital consent of the Cardholder AND successfully verifies/authorizes your payment card details as valid by the card issuer. The Agreement remains valid until terminated by either you or Appvillis UAB, subject to Section 6.1–6.3 below.
You may revoke your consent to store your Card Details at any time by: • Accessing your payment settings through the app or website; or • Contacting us at [email protected].
Subscription cancellations must be requested before the next billing date to avoid subsequent charges.
Refunds for transactions under this Agreement will be handled according to the Privacy Policy. Please review this document for rights regarding pro-rata refunds, service cancellations, or erroneous charges.
