What's a WhatsApp verification number? It is essentially a rented cell phone number for signing up and verifying new accounts, allowing you to keep the second SIM card problem out of it. You pick out any of the 13 available locations and get the SMS verification code via your eSIM Plus dashboard. Chat away with a new account or work on your WhatsApp Business.
WhatsApp code still hasn't shown up? We're on it to fix it.
WhatsApp Business, a dedicated number separate from your personal number is required. As a free and unique application for your business profile, product catalog, quick replies option, and hours of operation WhatsApp Business keeps your private chats off the storefront.
You can choose a local or international number from the list of 13 countries for WhatsApp at any time regardless of your current location. Therefore, there is no need to worry about obtaining a local SIM card or using roaming services when registering for WhatsApp.
According to WhatsApp, frequently switching devices or phone numbers may block account re-confirmation. So it is better to keep your rented WhatsApp number active for later sign-ins or resetting passwords rather than using free temporary numbers each time.
Switching between two accounts is built into WhatsApp now. What the app won't do is attach a second number to one account, so the work profile needs its own separate line. This is where rented numbers come in handy.
WhatsApp does not allow its users to hide their phone numbers. This means that everyone whom you message will know your phone number. This is applicable both for one-on-one and group chats. Having a rented number ensures your personal number remains private during business calls.
WhatsApp is asking you for a plastic SIM card behind the number. The hand-picked WhatsApp virtual lines of eSIM Plus get the job done just as well. Once the SMS carrying the verification code from your dashboard goes in, the fact that you are a real person is confirmed.
Go through the list, compare plan prices, and pick the number you want to use to sign up on WhatsApp.
Once checkout is done, your phone number for WhatsApp verification will appear in your account dashboard.
Type in your new virtual phone number for WhatsApp, wait for an incoming SMS with the verification code to be delivered to your inbox.
Copy the code from the virtual number's inbox in eSIM Plus. Once pasted into WhatsApp, your new profile is live to use.
Say you were to hand out your personal number to every new client. On WhatsApp, they'd see it the moment you send them a message, and there's no taking it back ever. This privacy problem can be solved via a virtual number which can separate the two without any compromises.
For example the building chat, the school run, or the renovation crew. Every member of each group can see your personal number, including the people you never chose to meet. A second number prevents any unwanted contact or links to your social media.
Two WhatsApp accounts on one phone is now a built-in feature, with switching right inside the app. However, each of the accounts still needs its own registered number. By renting a second number, you prevent business and personal chats from mixing up.
Some online shops and services tend to confirm orders through WhatsApp since it is verified by a phone number. For you that means every new chat is one more stranger holding your contact information. Route that whole stream to a rented number and keep your private line safe and quiet.

The account won't vanish and chats stay on your phone. What you lose is the ability to receive codes on that number, so you can't re-verify on a new device. Renew in time, or move the account to another number first through WhatsApp's change-number tool.

Ask WhatsApp to resend the code and give it a few minutes. If the number stays silent after that, write to support, and we'll sort out a replacement number.
